Berwick Retail Branch, which is part of the Mornington District and is located in the Berwick Shopping strip in Victoria. The Branch opened its doors in 1996.
As the client base became established and Housing Estates began to grow in what is known as the growth corridor the Berwick Branch has grown business and continues to service the community and surrounding areas of Berwick.
The recipients of our Community Partnerships/Initiatives have included :
Berwick Show – Major partner of this once a year event. The partnership with the Berwick Show means that we were able to participate in one of the Horse Events and award the prize to the Supreme Led Miniature Stallion.
Chips (Christians Helping In Primary Schools) Foundation - Community group that assist disadvantaged children from families. This group works within schools to provide support for various programmes in the local community and are a Not for Profit organisation. We have actively volunteered time to assist this group with Gift Wrapping for Xmas presents for the children. Time Volunteered for a fundraising activity in relation to a walkathon.
Berwick Junior Football Club – Active Partnership with this local club who have 450 members. This club is vital to the community as it provides opportunity for both boys and girls between the ages of under 9 – 16 to develop skills such leadership and be part of the local community.
Casey Rotary – becoming a member of such an important group within the community and working together to raise funds and provide a volunteer service and making a difference to the quality of life of others.
